Marvin Tien is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corner Capital Management, the Chairman of the Investment Committee and key member of the executive group. Marvin oversees many of Corner’s close ties to other top-tier venture funds and key strategic and capital partnerships across the globe. Prior to Corner, Marvin focused on principal investments at a predecessor firm (CCG) which made direct investments in private companies focused on cross-border opportunities between the US & Asia. Marvin serves on the boards of multiple portfolio companies including, but not limited to, Ludeo, Sightful and Halcyon.
Marvin is a graduate of Cornell University and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jane Mathieu is President of Corner Capital Management and has partnered with Marvin in building out the Corner platform over the last decade. With over 20 years of experience, Jane leads execution, capital formation & structuring and corporate strategy firm wide. She is instrumental in mentoring management teams, sits on various boards and is a role model for women in finance. Jane was one of the first in the renewables space to pioneer the solar finance structures with one of the largest banks in the U.S. and debt providers that are commonplace today. Prior to that she was a securitization lawyer on Wall Street. Jane’s extensive experience across sectors has equipped her with a unique perspective enabling her to make well-informed decisions and drive success for Corner’s investors and portfolio companies.
Jane is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and received her JD from Brooklyn Law School.

David Graff, is the President of Corner Capital Management, where he oversees many of Corner’s relationships with strategic partners, PE funds, and regulatory bodies.
David Graff, is the President of Corner Capital Management, where he brings extensive experience advising high-growth technology companies, leading global policy efforts, and navigating complex regulatory environments. He oversees many of Corner’s relationships with strategic partners, PE funds, and regulatory bodies, with a particular focus on AI, cybersecurity, and digital trust & safety. David serves on the board of portfolio companies and plays an active role in Corner’s global initiatives.
David previously drove product strategy as Vice President of Global Policy and Standards at Google, where he led a global team responsible for content and behavioral policies across all Google products. He also spearheaded the company’s AI policy initiatives, including data integrity, model safety, adversarial testing, and global engagement on AI ethics and regulation (working closely with Google DeepMind, Gemini, and with the search and productivity teams on AI Overviews and document summarization and regeneration). Under his leadership, the team grew from 6 to 260 professionals.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University & a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law.
